Beeks Financial Cloud Secures $3 Million Edge Analytics Contract, June Bookings Approach $10 Million
Beeks Financial Cloud Group announced a five-year, $3 million software contract with an existing analytics customer, described as a leading North American exchange operator. The deal lifts the company's total contract wins for June 2026 to approximately $10 million. The client will expand its use of Beeks Analytics and deploy the Market Edge Intelligence product at a New York site, with revenue recognition starting immediately.
The new contract has an annualized value of about $600,000. This comes after Beeks reported a pre-tax loss in the first half of its 2026 fiscal year, with revenue falling 7%. CEO Gordon McArthur had pointed to a strong second-half pipeline to reassure investors. The board maintains its full-year expectations, with June's bookings serving as an initial test of that outlook.
Beeks faces competition in edge analytics and AI for trading infrastructure. Rivals like Pico and Options Technology are also targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions with on-premise or low-latency analytical solutions. Beeks differentiates by bundling its Market Edge Intelligence product with its managed infrastructure, aiming for cross-sales to existing colocation clients.
The company stated the product win validates its strategy and broadens its addressable market. Beeks has been active, recently partnering with crypto exchange Kraken and taking a stake in Liquid-Markets-Solutions. McArthur said, "the pipeline across all offerings remains strong, providing a long runway of growth ahead." The customer's identity and the deal's specific margin were not disclosed.
