BidX Markets' Institutional Sales James Roddy Leaves

BidX Markets, a global regulated multi-asset liquidity solutions provider, has seen the departure of its Institutional Sales, James Roddy. He was on this position for one year and a half.

James was a sales veteran with over two-decade experience in the financial industry. Prior to BidX Markets, he served BOSONIC, a leading decentralised financial markets infrastructure, as Sales Director - Institutional Sales.

Previously, James spent over six years at VIBHS Financial UK, a leading financial intermediary providing online trading solutions, having worked as Business Development Manager, covering Asia, Europe, MENA and the Americas.

In addition, he was Business Development Manager - EMEA of ICM Capital, a global multi-regulated broker. His multiple roles also included FX & Precious Metals Sales and Project Manager at Valbury Capital (now Hibiscus Group Limited), FX & Commodities Sales Trading/Prime Brokerage at ODL Securities, and Bond and Credit Default Swaps Broker at BGC Group.

Earlier in his career, James worked with TP ICAP for almost three years, an interdealer broker and a world leading liquidity and data solutions provider, focused on brokerage business.

Shortly before, Fazzaco reported that BidX Markets has experienced a strong growth in its second full year of operation in FY2023​ (year ended May 31, 2023), with its turnover more than tripling from FY2022.
