Binance Extends Monitoring Tag to Nine Additional Cryptocurrency Tokens

Based on recent reviews, Binance will extend its Monitoring Tag to nine additional tokens effective May 22, 2026. The newly tagged tokens are Alchemix (ALCX), Cookie DAO (COOKIE), DODO (DODO), Epic Chain (EPIC), Heima (HEI), Hashflow (HFT), Storj (STORJ), Synapse (SYN), and Alien Worlds (TLM).

Tokens marked with the Monitoring Tag exhibit notably higher volatility and risks compared to other listed tokens. They are subject to close monitoring and regular reviews. Binance notes that such tokens are at risk of no longer meeting the platform's listing criteria and may be delisted.

To gain trading access to these tagged tokens on Binance Spot or Margin platforms, users must pass a risk-awareness quiz every 90 days and accept the Terms of Use. This process is designed to ensure users understand the associated risks.

Binance will conduct periodic project reviews to determine whether the Monitoring Tag should be added or removed from tokens. Key review criteria include the team's commitment, development activity level, trading volume and liquidity, network security and stability, public communication, responsiveness to due diligence requests, evidence of misconduct, and contribution to a healthy crypto ecosystem.
