Binance to Offer Full Services in Japan from August

The cryptocurrency exchange Binance is ready to introduce full services in Japan from August on its newly established regulated subsidiary - Binance Japan - in the country, according to company founder and CEO Changpeng Zhao.
In late May, Binance unveiled a new platform in Japan, and noted that it would not provide derivative services in Japan. The company, however, was intended to continue to enrich its service offerings and deliver derivatives services in a fully compliant manner afterwards.
This latest move represents the next step in Binance's fostering its foothold in Asia. Meanwhile, the exchange has been facing intense regulatory scrutiny in the west.
In addition, Binance plans to launch a stablecoin in Japan, Takeshi Chino, General Manager of Binance in Japan revealed.
Shortly before, Fazzaco reported Binance and Changpeng Zhao would submit on July 27 its response to the CFTC complaint accusing the crypto exchange of violating the Commodity Exchange Act and certain related federal regulations, and planned to seek dismissal.
