Binance.US Appoints Uber's Fomer Compliance Leader Krishna Juvvadi as Head of Legal

Binance.US announced the appointment of Krishna Juvvadi as Vice President, Head of Legal. In this role, Krishna leads the day-to-day operations of the company's legal department, helping to support the organization's continued build out and advancing its efforts to become the most compliant digital asset platform in the United States. He reports to Binance.US General Counsel, Norman Reed.

Prior to joining Binance.US, Krishna served as Global Head of Operations Compliance at Uber Technologies Inc. He was the first regulatory attorney at Uber and previously served as its Chief Regulatory Counsel. Before Uber, Krishna was a Partner at SL Environmental Law Group, where he represented the State of New Hampshire against several major oil companies in a statewide groundwater contamination case and successfully tried the largest and most complex trial in New Hampshire history. Earlier in his career, Krishna served as a Trial Attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, where he litigated violations of federal civil rights laws. He received his law degree from the University of California's School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
