Binance.US Legal Head and Chief Risk Officer Leave Following CEO's Exodus

Following the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer Brian Shroder, Binance.US has seen the departure of another two executives, namely Head of Legal Krishna Juvvadi and Chief Risk Officer Sidney Majalya.

Brian Shroder left the US crypto exchange earlier this week, amid the firm's slashing one-third of its workforce. Meanwhile, the Commodities and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) alleged the company is closely tied with the international platform Binance, allowing American clients to access Binance brand.

Binance.US is supposed to be an independent entity from Binance, which has been under strict scrutiny around the globe.   

This week, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has deleted Binance from its list of registered Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASP).

Besides, earlier this month, Binance head of product Mayur Kamat​ has confirmed he is leaving the crypto exchange after nearly two years.
