Binance.US Secures Money Transmitter License in Nevada

Fazzaco learned that Binance.US, the American arm of the crypto exchange giant, has secured Money Transmitter License from the Nevada Department of Business and Industry, Financial Institutions Division, expanding its presence in the country.

According to the official press release, the crypto exchange has received Money Transmitter License in six US states in 2022, and Nevada has become the seventh. 

With this new license, Binance.US currently operates in 46 states, as well as Puerto Rico, offering some of the industry's lowest fees on 120+ token listings.

"Receiving our Money Transmitter License in Nevada is further evidence of our ongoing compliance efforts, and we are thankful for the time and trust of the Nevada Department of Business and Industry."

As Fazzaco reported earlier, Binance.US has received its Money Transmitter License from the Puerto Rico Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions​, and the Wyoming Division of Banking.
