Bitget Elevates Gracy Chen to CEO

Bitget, the leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web 3 company, has appointed Gracy Chen, a crypto enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in business management, marketing, and investment, as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Gracy joined Bitget in April 2022 as Managing Director, leading the firm's growth strategies as the it accelerates its global expansion plan. In the new role, she will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the company's global business growth. She will continue to drive Bitget's globalization strategy and promote rapid growth in key markets in a compliant manner. Additionally, she will focus on strengthening internal management and fostering Bitget's organizational culture. Furthermore, Gracy will actively promote the integration of blockchain technology with philanthropy, encouraging more individuals to embrace blockchain technology.

Prior to Bitget, Gracy was Chief Marketing Officer at XRSPACE. Previously, she founded a tech start-up Reig and served as CEO.

Between July 2014 and August 2015, she was a notable host at Phoenix TV. She is also known as a judge of the first reality crypto TV show Killer Whales, a program co-created by Hollywood producers. In 2015, Gracy was recognized as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, and in 2023 she was elected to the Forbes Business Council.

Gracy holds a Bachelor's Degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Gracy will take over the CEO from Sandra Lou, who will be leaving to pursue her own business goals.
