BitMEX Strengthens Its Trade Surveillance and AML Processes

The P2P crypto-products trading platform BitMEX announced that it has partnered with Eventus Systems, a global provider of multi-asset class trade surveillance and market risk solutions, to support its trade surveillance and anti money laundering (AML) transaction capabilities.
According to the announcement, the exchange will integrate the Eventus Validus technology into its existing trade surveillance and AML processes, aiming to screen out bad actors and increase proactive monitoring for unauthorised trading activity on the platform more efficiently.
As an important part of continuing to deliver on its promise to provide a safe and secure trading environment for all users, the partnership with Eventus will mature BitMEX's compliance capabilities.
