Blueberry Markets, an Australian-based FX trading platform, announced that it has discontinued its Data and Platform Service Offering, which was specifically created to cater to the needs of the prop industry by utilizing its infrastructure.

"Blueberry Markets respects the prop trading industry. Balancing our recognition of the industry's recent popularity and sustained growth trajectory and concerns voiced by a key infrastructure vendor, Blueberry Markets made the decision to discontinue this offering," said Dean Hyde, Blueberry Markets CEO. "After lengthy discussions it was decided the only way to address these concerns in a meaningful way was to discontinue providing services to the prop industry with its current platform offering."

The broker stated that it has cut ties with all prop trading businesses, including MyFundedFX, one of its largest clients in the prop firm sector. MyFundedFX, along with other prop firms, recently switched from MetaQuotes' platforms to DXtrade to serve U.S. clients.

Moreover, MyFundedFX announced the completion of its integration with cTrader on X last weekend, with tonight's final testing being conducted for the platform's imminent launch. The decision to switch platforms was influenced by tighter regulations imposed on the prop trading industry in the United States, prompting many firms to seek alternative trading platforms like cTrader and DXtrade to continue their operations.
