BNP Paribas Securities Japan Provides Connection to TSE's RFQ Platform CONNEQTOR

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) announced that BNP Paribas Securities Japan, Ltd. has joined as a broker to provide connectivity to CONNEQTOR, its RFQ (Request For Quote) platform launched last February with the aim of improving liquidity in the ETF market.

BNP Paribas Securities Japan will also provide a service to use CONNEQTOR on behalf of institutional investors so that they can use the service by phone. The number of brokers that offer CONNEQTOR to institutional investors has thus risen to 16.

Other brokers that provide access to CONNEQTO include SMBC Nikko Securities, Nomura Securities, OKASAN SECURITIES, Barclays Securities Japan, Goldman Sachs Japan, Hirota Securities, Shin-Ogaki Securities, Shinkin Securities, Phillip Securities Japan, JPMorgan Securities Japan, Marusan Securities, Daiwa Securities, Mizuho Securities, Tokai Tokyo Securities, and Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities.

Recently, TSE has also announced a record monthly trading value of 147 billion yen in June, 2022, far above that of the previous month and June 2021.
