Bridgewise Expands AI Chatbot Offering for CFD Brokers with Bridget Update

Bridgewise has introduced an updated version of its AI-based chatbot Bridget, targeting contracts-for-difference (CFD) brokers worldwide. The solution is designed to provide real-time market analysis and client engagement tools in multiple languages.
Dor Eligula, the company's co-founder and Chief Business Officer, argued that the financial services sector lags behind other industries in adopting AI for personalization. "Capital markets are probably the most crowded when it comes to data," he said. "That's where AI can make a real difference."
The company said the updated Bridget will help brokers address rising customer acquisition costs by improving client satisfaction and lifetime value. It is part of a broader suite of products that includes AltWise, SignalWise, and StockWise, which cover alternative assets and provide analysis widgets for brokers.
Bridgewise currently serves around 80 clients and plans to expand headcount from about 130 to 160 by year-end. The firm stressed that it develops its own models rather than relying on third-party large language models, an approach it says minimizes "hallucinations" in financial data. Eligula explained that Bridget is built on a proprietary small language model tailored for capital markets, trained using datasets originally created in-house.
He also highlighted the platform's global reach. "Most brokers operate across multiple jurisdictions. Our ability to deliver solutions in Japanese, Arabic, German, Portuguese, or any other language—all through a single vendor and a unified solution—positions us as a turnkey partner," he said.
Bridgewise noted that 20 staff worked on the updated Bridget over seven months. The chatbot is now being marketed as a compliance-focused, multi-channel tool that can embed directly into trading platforms, offering analysis across stocks, funds, crypto, FX, and commodities.
