Broadridge Appoints Ashima Ghei as CFO
Broadridge has officially announced the appointment of Ashima Ghei as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ghei has been serving as the Interim CFO since July 1, 2024, and has played a significant role in advancing the company's financial strategies during the early part of fiscal year 2025.
Prior to this role, Ghei joined Broadridge in January 2022 as CFO of the Investor Communications segment, where she focused on various initiatives related to investment optimization and product profitability. Her contributions were essential in navigating the complexities of pricing and contract negotiations.
Tim Gokey, the CEO, remarked on Ghei's collaboration with the leadership team over the last two years, particularly highlighting her involvement in the company's long-term growth initiatives. Ghei's previous experience includes an 18-year tenure at American Express, where she managed merchant pricing for the Americas.
In her new position, Ghei is expected to oversee financial operations and guide the company through its upcoming growth phases. She holds a degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
With Ghei at the financial helm, Broadridge aims to maintain a steady course toward enhancing its value proposition for clients while ensuring sustainable revenue growth. Further developments regarding the company's financial strategies and objectives are anticipated in the coming months.
