Broadridge Canada Hires Chad Alderson as General Manager, Global Technology & Operations

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (Broadridge), a global Fintech leader, has named Chad Alderson as General Manager, Global Technology & Operations (GTO), Canada, succeeding Karin Yorfido​, who recently assumed the role of President of Broadridge Canada.

Alderson's responsibilities will include supervising Broadridge's wealth management, capital markets, and asset management operations in Canada. He will collaborate with Broadridge's product, marketing, technology, and operations teams to provide innovative services to their Canadian clients. As a part of the Canadian leadership team, Alderson will drive the GTO roadmap for strategic growth, deliver its next-generation solutions across all client segments, and ensure the provision of the highest level of service excellence.

With over 20 years of experience in high-level roles within the financial services industry, Alderson joined Broadridge from TD Bank Group (TD), where he had been for more than six years, having held roles including Vice President of End to End Investing, Head of Third Party Management, Strategy & Delivery, and most recently the Vice President of End to End Customer Journeys, Transformation & Enablement. Before TD, he was the CEO & Director at LTI Financial Services Technology, where he led the development of its three new service lines. Alderson had also previously played key roles at several leading tech firms, such as Dell, Tech Mahindra, and D+H.

Alderson is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certified by the ISC2 and holds the CSC Certificate issued by the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
