Broadridge Invests in AI Fintech Uptiq to Modernize Wealth Lending Services

Broadridge Financial Solutions has taken a minority stake in Uptiq, an AI-driven fintech, as part of a new strategic partnership aimed at digitizing and optimizing securities-based lending services.
The collaboration will integrate Uptiq's AI platform into Broadridge's Wealth Lending Network (WLN), a digital infrastructure connecting wealth advisors to lenders. The goal is to streamline lending workflows, enhance loan insights, and facilitate better client outcomes.
"With Uptiq's AI-powered tools and Broadridge's Wealth Lending Network, we are enabling advisors to deliver smarter lending recommendations, save time, and ultimately help their clients access the liquidity needed to achieve their financial goals," said Mike Alexander, Broadridge's President of Wealth Management.
Uptiq's system is designed to ease the burden of managing referrals, loan processing, and compliance tracking. The platform actively guides financial advisors through tailored lending solutions, a process that co-founder and CEO Snehal Fulzele described as "removing the heavy lifting from lending."
Broadridge said the investment is in line with its broader objective of accelerating digital transformation in wealth management through intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making.
