Broadridge Names Martin Koopman as Chief Product Officer

Fintech major Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (Broadridge) has further strengthened its operation with the latest promotion of Martin Koopman as Chief Product Officer, effective from January 1, 2023.

According to the official press release, in his new role, Martin will report directly to CEO Tim Gokey and will be responsible for Broadridge's enterprise product vision and strategy, building enterprise-wide platforms to benefit Broadridge clients, empowering product management teams, and accelerating innovation in partnership with the company's technology teams.

As seen on his Linkedin profile, Martin joined Broadridge in February 2014 as Head of Strategy and Product Innovation, Senior Vice President of Investor Communication Services. Then in July 2017, he was promoted to President of Bank Broker Dealer ICS. Over the course of his career, Martin also held various management roles within the Finance organization including NYSE Euronext, Orc Software and Cameron Systems.

In November, Broadridge expanded partnership with SLIB​, the leading software vendor in register management & electronic voting, risk and post-trade markets, to launch their joint end-to-end global voting solution. This extends both firms' strategic commitment to modernize and enhance shareholder voting in the French market, and adds to the cross-border proxy voting service for French investors that hold international shares, launched by Broadridge and SLIB in last December.
