Broadridge Names Ray Tierney as President of Itiviti

The global Fintech leader Broadridge announced yesterday the appointment of Ray Tierney as President of Itiviti, its newly acquired subsidiary, for the purpose of further strengthening its leadership team.

Ray is entrusted with the responsibility for the management and growth of Broadridge’s front-office OEMS and Connectivity solutions with its recently completed acquisition of Itiviti.

With 35 years of capital markets experience, Ray is a Fintech and financial services veteran. Most recently, he served as Global CEO of Trading Solutions at Bloomberg LP for 7 years, in charge of the design, development, and operations of the firm’s global multi-asset, buy- and sell-side order management system. Earlier he was CEO and President of Bloomberg Tradebook LLC for 3 years. And he has been with Morgan Stanley for 18 years, overseeing distribution teams in the securities division and as Global Head of Trading and Execution in the investment management division.
