Broadridge Prepares for New OTC Derivatives Reporting Rules

Broadridge Financial Solutions has announced its readiness to support upcoming over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives reporting regulations set to take effect in Singapore and Australia on October 21, 2024. The global technology leader is also expanding its offerings to address new regulatory requirements in other regions, including Canada and Hong Kong, scheduled for 2025.
"We anticipate that the regulatory wave will continue, and we are proactively working on behalf of our clients," said Ben Cooling, General Manager of Regulatory Trade and Transaction Reporting at Broadridge.
In addition to these new regulations, Broadridge will also implement upgrades for U.S. and European compliance standards, such as the SEC's 10c-1 rule for securities lending, set for 2026. Broadridge's solutions aim to simplify compliance with global regulatory frameworks, ensuring clients can meet evolving local requirements with confidence.
