Broadridge Welcomes Hope Jarkowski as Chief Legal Officer

Shortly after the appointment of Frank Troise as President of Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions and Vice Chairman of Broadridge Capital Markets, global Fintech leader Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. has appointed General Counsel of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Hope Jarkowski, as its new Chief Legal Officer, with effect from May 6, 2024.
Jarkowski took over the role from Keir Gumbs, who served as Chief Legal Officer until November 2023. She will oversee Broadridge's legal, compliance, regulatory, and government affairs. She will also serve as the primary legal advisor to senior management and the Board of Directors and will help lead Broadridge's internal policy efforts. Besides, she will serve on the Broadridge Foundation Board, Risk Committee, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee.
Most recently, Jarkowski was General Counsel of NYSE, where she spent over three years. She joined NYSE as Head of Equities with responsibility for strategy, product development, and relationship management across NYSE's businesses.
Prior to that, she was co-head of Regulatory Affairs for NYSE's parent, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. She also served U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA.
