Brokeree Solutions Warns Clients of Fake Skype Account Targeting Its Brand

Brokeree Solutions, a provider of MT4/MT5 platform servicing and forex solutions, has issued a warning about scammers that use fake Skype accounts to impersonate them with fraudulent intentions.

According to the press release, the scammers were acting as if they were selling solutions for forex brokers and requested payment in BTC or cash. In addition, the impersonators discuss all the details of the inexistent contract via Skype and declined calls and meetings.

Brokeree Solutions warned that it only accepts payments via bank transfer where the company’s identity can be verified and contracts are signed, discussed and exchanged via email only.

The company also highlighted that their employees only use corporate emails from domain brokeree.com, while private meetings and presentations are arranged through its sales email. Moreover, the company pointed out that its official phone number is available for calls only during business hours.

“When reaching out via Skype please ensure that the account you are talking to has Skype name: brokeree before exchanging any financial or other private information,”the company said.

Earlier this month, Brokeree Solutions has updated its Ratings Module v4​, a solution that collects trading history, calculates performance indicators, and displays it via interactive dashboards.
