BSP to Promote Inclusion by Lowering Investment Account Minimum

The BSP is considering lowering minimum amount a client must maintain in an investment account from ₱1mn to ₱100,000.

The BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) reportedly plans to lower the minimum size of investment management accounts in the country to widen the investor base and promote financial inclusion.
