Bullwaves Appoints Martin Stoilov as COO

CFDs broker Bullwaves has appointed Martin Stoilov as Chief Operating Officer (COO), tasking him with leading global operational strategy, customer experience, and partner relations.

Stoilov joins Bullwaves after six years at online broker FP Markets in Cyprus, where he spent the last four years as Global Head of CX & Client Relations. In that role, he defined and executed end-to-end global CX strategies, optimized funnel performance, deployed AI and automation frameworks, and aligned client retention with regulatory and commercial objectives.

As COO, Stoilov will oversee Bullwaves’ operational scaling, cross-departmental integration, and client retention frameworks to support the broker’s expanding global footprint.

Filippo De Rosai, CEO of Bullwaves, said the company was pleased to welcome Stoilov, adding that his operational expertise and vision will be important in delivering on the firm’s growth trajectory.

Bullwaves is an offshore (Seychelles) domiciled CFDs broker, operated mainly from Cyprus and Dubai. It was founded and is run by former BDSwiss executives Renato Pezzi and Francesco Ceccarini, and former CPT, SquaredFinancial and Axi executive Filippo De Rosa. The group also operates prop trading firm Bullwaves Prime.
