BUX Receives Digital Asset Service Supplier Registration in France

Fazzaco learned that Europe's fastest-growing neobroker BUX has announced its registration with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) as a Digital Asset Service Supplier (DASP) in the country.

The scope of this approval grants BUX the right to provide crypto services in France. Customers of BUX Zero, the broker's commission-free buying and selling platform, will have the ability to purchase and promote greater than 58 crypto-assets along with the shares and ETFs already provided, with the chance to construct a diversified portfolio.

According to BUX, this new service will likely be first launched in its markets in Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Eire.

​As Fazzaco previously reported, BUX has acquired the retail brokerage arm of Ninety Nine​, an innovative Spanish broker, without releasing the financial terms of the transaction. Reportedly, as part of the transaction, Ninety Nine will no longer provide retail services in Spain, but the operation of its B2B business with brokerages and banks in the region will continue. The deal is expected to help BUX boost its Spanish market share.
