BVI FSC Alerts Public to Two Entities without Licence
The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC) issues public statement to warn against YABO SPORTS AND ASIA GAMING and RISE TRADING OPTIONS operating without licence.
As the regulator reported, “YABO SPORTS AND ASIA GAMING is purporting to be a British Virgin Islands ("BVI") registered entity providing investment business services to the general public. This is regulated activity under BVI legislation and may only be carried out by a company which is licensed and regulated by the FSC to conduct investment business. ”
“RISE TRADING OPTIONS is circulating a forged investment business licence and is falsely purporting to be authorised and licensed in the BVI for the purpose of carrying out investment business by dealing in investments as an entity licensed and regulated by the FSC.”
Actually, these two entities are not and have never been licensed or regulated to carry on investment business, or any financial services business, in or from within the Territory.
FSC advises public to be cautious if solicited at any time to conduct business with these two companies. And relevant information on any questionable entities is invited to offer FSC.
