BVI Issued Warnings Against XM Defi Financial Ltd

The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC) has issued a public warning against XM Defi Financial Ltd yesterday, clarifying that the company is not registered in the BVI and has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to conduct investment or financial services business in or from within the Territory.

In its statement, the FSC advised the public to exercise extreme caution and refrain from engaging in any business with XM Defi Financial Ltd to avoid potential risks or scams.

What's more, the United Kingdom watchdog Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) also released a warning in January 2024, urging the public to avoid dealing with XM Defi Financial Ltd and remain vigilant against fraudulent schemes.

Both regulatory bodies emphasize the importance of verifying the legitimacy of financial entities before engaging in any transactions.
