Capital.com, Broadridge, Devexperts and Other Four Companies Are Hiring Now
The employment situation in the finance industry remains bleak.
National Australia Bank (NAB), Australia's second-largest bank, revealed this week that it would cut 222 jobs in a major workplace shake-up, impacting staff in the personal lending, technology, corporate finance and client coverage sectors.
On the crypto industry front, crypto infrastructure provider Qredo announced its plans to reduce staff and expenses as it navigates the challenges posed by the ongoing bear market. The firm has let go of approximately 50 employees, including several senior executives such as its Chief Product Officer, Gabriele Farei, and Chief Information Security Officer, Asen Taskov, as reported.
The wave of executive departures at crypto giant Binance continues. Following a sizable exodus of key executives, including Binance's chief strategy officer Patrick Hillmann, General Counsel Han Ng and Senior Vice President for Compliance Steven Christie, its head of product Mayur Kamat confirmed his leaving this week. While those execs cited personal reasons for their departures, many industry sources believe they may have been forced out due to regulatory investigations.
The current employment environment is far from ideal. 1. Capital.com - Senior Compliance Officer
Capital.com, a forex and CFD broker, is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join its Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the firm complies with all regulatory requirements and standards, including but not limited to, the FCA regulations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a compliance role within financial services, preferably within a CFD and Spread Betting firm;
Knowledge of FCA regulations and the wider regulatory landscape;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
A degree educated in a relevant subject is preferred but not essential.
2. MultiBank Group - Crypto Customer Experience Specialist
The global leading online financial derivatives broker MultiBank Group is hiring an experienced Crypto Customer Experience Specialist to join its Customer Support department. In this role, he or she will be responsible for providing customer service to clients in the crypto market, acting as the initial point of contact for all their queries, and ensuring an optimal client experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Crypto customer service;
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and trends;
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian proficiency is a plus;
Experience with CRM systems and proficient in using technology to enhance customer experience.
3. CMC Markets - Head of Onboarding
CMC Markets, a leading global provider of online trading, is looking for a Head of Onboarding who will lead and transform the KYC/Onboarding team from a predominantly administrative function sitting in Sales/Client services, to a control function sitting in Business Operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience of leading KYC/Onboarding teams.
Strong multi-jurisdictional understanding of KYC/AML requirements.
Experience of dealing with different jurisdictions and their legal requirements.
Good understanding of FCA, DFSA and BaFIN rules.
Suitability to be an FCA SMCR Certification Function.
4. Broadridge - Site Reliability Engineer
The global Fintech leader Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., is searching for a Site Reliability Engineer to support its modern FinTech SaaS platform.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, Systems Administrator or similar role;
Exposure to AWS based infrastructure;
Experience working with Linux systems;
Familiarity with database administration;
Automation mindset with some automation/scripting experience;
Understanding systems performance, tuning and monitoring;

The role requires the incumbent to build strong relationships with clients as well identifying opportunities to grow new business with existing clients. A large part of these sales activities will take place over telephone calls and via emails to prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, and at least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in financial services and/or a highly regulated environment. Proven industry experience;

Has or can obtain Series 3 & 34 licenses;

Requirements:
Must have knowledge of the financial markets. Understanding of CFDs a plus;
Speak business level Portuguese and English;
Degree level education in economics, or previous experience in a similar field will be an advantage.
7. Devexperts - Finance Manager
Devexperts, a financial software developer for brokers and financial institution, is looking for a Finance Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations for the HQ office and the group's Irish operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, seeking improvements in procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects that arise from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or economic field;
Professional qualifications, including having completed an internationally recognized accounting designation such as CPA, ACA, ACMA or ACCA;
A minimum of 8 years' post-qualified experience and at least 4 years' audit experience, preferably in the Big 4;
Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and Irish Auditing Standards;
Understanding the requirements of Irish GAAP and IFRS, tax and civil law, basics of financial analysis, SOC, ISO;
Familiarity with VAT and transfer pricing models;
