Capital.com Hires IG Senior Trader Neeraj Radia as Principal – Dealing

Capital.com has appointed Neeraj Radia as Principal – Dealing in London, according to his LinkedIn profile. Radia, who announced the move on LinkedIn, joined the broker in September 2026.

Radia brings around seven years of experience from IG Group, where he most recently served as a Senior Trader since December 2024. Prior to that, he was a Product Manager at IG and spent 18 months as a Dealer at IG Australia in Melbourne. He originally joined IG in London as a graduate trainee in 2019 and later became an Equities Dealer.

His appointment follows several other hires by Capital.com from IG. In September, the company recruited Gavin Pugh as a Premium Client Manager, and it has also brought former IG executives Sean Power, Phil Harbage and Peter Ward into its London operation.

Capital.com has been making appointments elsewhere in the business. In August, the company named Mamoon Sbeih as Chief Strategy Officer, putting him in charge of corporate strategy, government relations, and corporate communications as the broker expands into new markets.

Radia holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and began his trading career with an internship in Shell’s Trading & Supply business.
