Capital.com Secures Gaming Exec Behrouz Bayat as CIO & CTO

Fazzaco learned that gaming exec Behrouz Bayat has joined Capital.com, the Forex and CFD broker, as Chief Information & Technology Officer (CIO & CTO).

Prior to Capital.com, Behrouz has worked on the gaming sector for almost two decades. He has served King, a leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile gaming world, for more than 3 years, holding senior positions including Senior Director, Office of the President, Head of New Initiatives - Candy Crush Saga, and Senior Director, Production - Candy Crush Saga.

Before that, he has been with Gameloft for around six years in total, and eventually resigned from his position of Head of Product - WHAT (games). Besides, Behrouz has served Execution Labs as Chief Operating Officer for over two years.

Shortly before, Fazzaco reported that Capital.com has appointed Tim Plummer​ as the company's new Head of Product Strategy.
