Categorizing CRM Providers: Regions and Types You Should Know About CRM

Maintaining a good and stable customer relationship is of great importance for brokers of all types, particularly during an extremely challenging period. Hence, Fazzacco has sorted out 53 forex CRM providers from all over the world up to now. To help forex brokers have a better understanding of the CRM market, Fazzaco categorized those 53 vendors based on geographical locations and company types.
1. By Geographical Location
The forex market can be separated into 3 peak activity sessions: Asian, European, and North American sessions, and Asia and Europe seem to be dominant in CRM, too.

Charts above suggest that about half of the forex CRM providers are located in Europe. It is reasonable since Cyprus and London are two of the most attractive financial hubs around the world.
17 CRM vendors choose to set headquarters in Asia, mostly in Singapore and Israel, signaling the huge potential of the Southeast Asian markets.
The remaining CRM vendors are located in Australia (3), Americas (5), and Africa (2).
2. By Company Type
A company may play multiple roles in different links in the forex industry. For instance, the Swiss leading bank Swissquote is a forex broker, forex white label provider, and liquidity provider. Fazzacco has classified them into pure CRM vendors and companies who have also engaged in other business.

As shown in the forms above, 15 out of 53 companies focus on CRM development, including well-known Skale and CurrentDesk.
The remaining companies, accounting for 72% of the total, only take CRM as part of their business, most of which prefer to offering white lable service and trading software.
It is worth noting that m-FINANCE, Leverate, iFX PRIME, and UpTrader have a broader spectrum of business, ranging from CRM to white label and trading software.
Fazzacco will continue to add new forex CRM providers to the list. For more details, please view Fazzaco's CRM category list.
