Cboe Australia Taps James Giarratano as Senior Director, Head of Institutional Sales

Cboe Australia, a regulated stock exchange, announced today the appointment of James Giarratano as its new Senior Director, Head of Institutional Sales, replacing Murrough O'Brien, who has been promoted to APAC Head of Sales, BIDS Trading.
James joined Cboe Australia with around twenty years of algorithmic and electronic trading experience. Most recently, he was Executive Director, Head of Electronic Equities Client Coverage APAC at BNP Paribas. Prior to that, he has been with Deutsche Bank for almost four years, having served as VP Electronic Trading and Director Electronic Trading, etc.

"Concurrently, we're pleased to announce that Murrough O'Brien has taken on a new role as APAC Head of Sales, BIDS Trading. Murrough will assume responsibility for the launch of Cboe BIDS Australia, which will introduce Australian market participants to a new generation of block trading."
