Cboe FX Markets Saw 8.2% Decline in Total Volume in July 2022

Cboe FX Markets, a foreign exchange provider to the institutions, has published its monthly trading volume numbers for July 2022, showing the demand for the platform's services decreased on a month-on-month basis.

More specifically, the broker registered a total volume of $801.9 billion, a month-over-month decline of 8.2 percent compared to $873.7 billion in June 2022. On a yearly basis, the FX trading demand increased by 11.4 percent.

The Average daily volume (ADV) for the month reached $38.2 billion, 3.8 percent lower compared to $39.7 billion in the previous month. July had 21 trading days, compared to 22 in June.

In June, the company's total trading volume came in at $873.7 billion, which was slightly above the previous month's $870.4 billion. That was a monthly jump of around 0.4 percent.
