Cboe Global Markets Posts Record Quarterly Net Revenue for Q2 2022

Cboe Global Markets has reported its financial results for the second quarter (Q2) of 2022, disclosing that the net revenue hit $424 million, surging 21% compared to that of last same period at $350.6 million.

Diluted EPS for this quarter stood at $1.74, falling 278% YoY, mainly due to the impairment of goodwill recognized in the Digital reporting unit. While the adjusted diluted EPS was of $1.67, up 21% YoY. Besides, EBITDA decreased 187% YoY to $202.0 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $274.2 million, rising 17% YoY.

Tilly, Cboe Global Markets Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "We are intently focused on integrating our platforms and positioning Cboe for its next wave of growth in the quarters ahead."
