cBridge Finmatek partnership: Spotware's fixed-price liquidity bridge cBridge has partnered with regulatory technology firm Finmatek to help brokers manage compliance with less manual work and greater visibility.

The collaboration combines cBridge's liquidity and execution infrastructure with Finmatek's regulatory expertise. cBridge provides brokers with centralized control over liquidity providers, price aggregation, order routing, exposure, and execution across multiple trading platforms, consolidating trading data in one place. Finmatek then processes this data for validation and regulatory submissions, reducing the workload and risk involved.

Finmatek tailors its approach to each client's compliance needs, business model, transaction volumes, and internal processes. The company handles transaction data validation and reporting under frameworks including MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, CRS, and FATCA. As a subsidiary of Fincap Advisers Ltd and part of the Russell Bedford global network, Finmatek draws on international professional resources to support its work across jurisdictions.

For cBridge brokers, the partnership offers a way to complement their liquidity and execution operations with Finmatek's regulatory reporting services. cBridge's modular architecture can scale without disrupting live trading, and its fixed monthly pricing remains independent of trading volume, giving brokers room to grow while keeping compliance under control.
