CFD Broker BitDelta Secures UAE CMA Licence Following India Expansion

BitDelta Securities Financial Services LLC has received full regulatory approval from the United Arab Emirates' Capital Market Authority under the Category 5, Arrangement and Advice licensing framework.
The approval follows the in-principle approval obtained earlier this year and completes the regulator's licensing process, including capital, governance and operational requirements.
The company has begun operating from its office in the Tamani Arts Offices Building in Business Bay, Dubai, which will serve as its operational hub for the UAE and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council region. Group Chief Executive Officer Demetrios Zamboglou said the company had established a local presence in the UAE, and the office will support client onboarding, compliance, regulatory affairs and partner relations.
Under the Category 5 licence, BitDelta Securities is authorised to operate as an introducing broker in the UAE, introducing eligible retail and professional investors to licensed international brokers offering forex, commodities, precious metals, indices, equities, bonds, ETFs, futures, options and spot market products. BitDelta's role is limited to introductions; it does not hold or manage client funds, execute trades or provide investment advice beyond permitted scope.
Separately, BitDelta Pro has entered into a multi-year partnership with fintech provider Iress, using its trading and market data technology, including platforms, market data tools, API and FIX connectivity, as it adds equities and contracts for difference to its offering.
