CFO of Robinhood Sells Another 20,000 Shares

Jason Warnick, the Chief Financial Officer of Robinhood Markets, has sold another 20,000 shares in the company, further proved by an SEC filing.
Warnick sold 20,000 Robinhood shares in a series of deals on June 8, 2022, according to the filing. This trade was made several times throughout the day, at values varying from $8.23 to $8.91. $8.5267 is the weighted average price.
The Reporting Person implemented a Rule 10b5-1 trading strategy in July 2021, which was used to complete this transaction. Mr Warnick sold 20,000 Robinhood shares under this arrangement around a month ago.
Warnick now owns 426,407 shares of Robinhood following the latest transaction.
During his 20-year tenure at Amazon, Warnick held a range of financial, accounting, strategy, and compliance leadership positions, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Chief of Staff to Amazon's Chief Financial Officer. Warnick worked at Deloitte & Touche as a CPA before joining Amazon.
