Chris Mills Leaves Bank of England after 18 Years

After 18 years of service, Chris Mills, a foreign exchange and cash markets supplier at the Bank of England (BoE), has announced on Friday to leave the UK's main financial institution.
Mills was a customer relations and accounts management employee who joined the apex bank in 2004.
He revealed that in order to further his passion in the developing cryptocurrency market, he will be joining executing broker JB Drax Honoré.
"After 2 years of education on crypto, I want to be part of the fascinating world of digital assets. I'm excited to start my new challenge on Monday, building the Digital Assets Execution Desk at JB Drax," he wrote on LinkedIn.
For the past eight years, Mills has assisted in managing the foreign exchange risks on the balance sheets of the UK Treasury and the Bank of England. He oversaw daily trading in forex spot, forex swaps, forex forwards, repurchase agreements, and time deposits in addition to his other responsibilities.
