Circle Realizes $440 Million Financing to Boost Growth and Expand Market

Circle, a global financial technology firm that provides payments and treasury infrastructure for internet businesses as well as a principal developer of USD Coin(USDC), made public last week that it has completed $440 Million Financing from leading institutional and strategic investors.

The aim of this financing, among the top 10 in private fintech investments, is to drive the company’s continuous growth and grasp market expansion opportunities. For this purpose, Circle recently has also added top-ranking leaders to its executive team, including Dante Disparte, as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Policy, Jeremy Fox-Geen, as Chief Financial Officer, Mandeep Walia as Chief Compliance and Risk Officer. The company is now bracing themselves to meet significant global demand for its products and services, which aim at correlating the existing financial system with breakthroughs in digital currency within payments and finance.
