Clearstream Updated a Successful Business Continuity Management Test

Clearstream updated on its website that a Successful Business Continuity Management test with customer participation has been completed. 

Earlier in last month, Clearstream Banking S.A. successfully performed a Business Continuity Management–Systems Unavailability test in which it offered customers the opportunity to participate.

The test aims to simulate the loss of one of the two data centers as production processing continues, thereby verifying that business activities could still be performed from the remaining data centers.

According to Clearstream, its IT and business teams validated the availability of business critical applications and performed day-to-day business activities. Tests were performed from its locations in Cork, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg, Prague and Singapore.

Customers had the opportunity to participate from locations in Europe, the Middle-East, America and Asia and reported successful results.

This again confirms the reliability of Clearstream's systems and the continuous attention we pay to safeguarding our customers' business activities.
