CMC Markets Announces Changes of Board Committee
Fazzaco learned that UK online broker CMC Markets, has appointed Sarah Ing as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Clare Salmon as Chair of the Risk Committee, effective April 1, 2021.
Ms Ing has 30 years of experience in accountancy, investment banking and fund management. She joined CMC Markets as a Non-Executive Director in September 2017. She is a Chartered Accountant and was a top-rated equity research analyst covering the general financials sector.
Ms Salmon has held a broad variety of international leadership roles across a range of service businesses, including time with the AA, RSA, Vodafone, ITV, Prudential, Royal London and Amigo Holdings plc. She joined CMC Markets as a Non-Executive Director in October 2017. She served as CEO of the British Equestrian Federation.
