CMC Markets CFO Euan Marshall to Depart

Euan Marshall has parted ways with CMC Markets​, a leading global provider of financial spread betting and CFDs, after more than eleven years at the comapny. Most recently, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director.

Euan joined the firm in November 2011 as Head of FP&A, then was promoted to Head of Financial Control and FP&A. In April 2016, he took on the role of Group Head of Finance. He became Interim CFO in August 2019.

"Euan has been a highly valued member of the CMC team, holding various positions since becoming a part of the group in 2011. Over the past 4 years, he has served as the CFO, playing a crucial role in the Company’s transformative journey," commmented Peter Cruddas, Group Chief Executive Officer of CMC Markets.

Prior to CMC Markets, Euan worked at HSBC as Senior Business Partner, MI & Planning for over two years. Earlier, he held positions at Deloitte and Barclays.

His departure will be effective from January 2024. Then he wil join IntegraFin Holdings plc, a holding company which owns a UK investment platform, Transact, as CFO.
