CMC Markets, a leading global provider of online trading, is hiring a Financial Risk Manager who will be mandated with ensuring aspects of the Group's financial risks are correctly captured, reported, and scrutinized in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a new role that has been created due to the launch of the company's new Options product offering and will be involved in developing the risk management framework for the new offering.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Exchange Traded and OTC Options;

• FRM or CFA qualification preferable;

• Strong Excel required, Excel VBA preferable.

2. R3 - QA Performance Engineer (Apps)

R3, a leading provider of enterprise technology and services in the financial sector, is looking for a QA Performance Engineer who will be responsible for developing performance test cases to validate operation of R3s product suite.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of enterprise performance test engineering;

• Know the difference between and experienced in testing for load, soak, stress, endurance, spike, volume, scalability;

• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin or another similar programming language an advantage;

• Familiar with basic DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker;

• Familiar with setting up and using some off the shelf performance tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter / SmartMeter, Silk Performer, Load Ninja, WebLOAD, etc.;

• Familiar with performance testing at API and network messaging layer;

• Familiar with project tracking software such as JIRA and testing management platforms such as Xray;

• Familiar with challenges of performance testing in the cloud (AWS / Azure) as well as using bare metal servers;

• Kafka experience is a must;

• Proven track record of delivering and running automated performance tests for highly complex software systems;

• Trading/Banking system technology experience is a plus.

3. Provenir - Chief Data Scientist

Provenir, a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides cloud-based decisioning, data and AI platform, is searching for a Chief Data Scientist. The qualified candidate will be a global senior leadership role at Provenir UK Ltd, lead a team specializing in data and analytics, and provide leadership and growth for Provenir's products. This role is remote with occasional travel to the London office.

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience involving direct responsibility for data analytics and data science platforms, exhibiting full ownership of the products;

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Math, or similar – master's a plus;

• Proven leadership experience in coaching and growing high performing data science teams;

• Strong commercial experience in driving client engagements to deliver AI driven solutions to business challenges across credit, fraud and compliance;

• Hands on extensive experience with Python and machine learning /deep learning libraries (e.g., SKLearn, PyTorch, SparkML);

• Proficient in the use of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps (Provenir currently use Metaflow);

• Experience with distributed computing languages (e.g., Hive / Hadoop/ Spark) and cloud infrastructure, predominantly AWS;

4. FxPro - Senior Performance Test Engineer

FxPro, an international fintech company, is looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer to ensure that the company's suite of enterprise products meets the standards of scalability, stability, and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

• 3+ years of experience in QA, including at least 1 year dedicated to performance and load testing;

• Experience of performance testing in microservices or monolithic architectures (if you have both, it would be considered as benefit).

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English);

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience working in back office, payments processing, AML and/or accounting areas;

• High-level written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish;

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or law;

• Ideally having acquired knowledge of the payment schemes like SEPA or SWIFT among others.

• Based in the Madrid Area;

• Experience in Back Office / KYC / AML areas of financial entities is a plus;

• Knowledge of financial products and the financial industry is a plus;
