CME Group Executive Kyle Jannece to Depart

Kyle Jannece, a long-serving executive at CME Group, has announced his departure from the company. Jannece has been with CME Group since 2018, following its acquisition of BrokerTec, where he previously worked. In his role as Head of Mid-Matching, Jannece has overseen the Cash Markets Division, which includes the eFix Matching Service and Hedge liquidity pools.
The eFix Matching Service, under Jannece's leadership, has become a significant tool for risk reduction and matching in the foreign exchange market, covering various FX benchmarks such as WMR, BFIX, and MOEX. The service is designed to help banks offset bilateral benchmark risk before its calculation period, and its success has been attributed to Jannece's strategic direction and management.
Jannece's departure marks the end of a notable chapter in his career, which includes previous roles at LMAX, LCG, and ICAP. In a social media post, Jannece expressed his gratitude for the opportunities and achievements during his tenure at CME Group. He highlighted his satisfaction with the success of the eFix Matching Service and acknowledged the support and collaboration of his colleagues.
