Coinbase Appoints Marc Robinson as APAC Head of Market Operations

Crypto exchange Coinbase has appointed Marc Robinson as the company's APAC Head of Market Operations.

Marc brings with over 20 years financial services experience to Coinbase. As seen on his Linkedin profile, he joins Coinbase from BitMEX, one of the world's leading cryptocurrency derivatives exchanges, where he served as Global Head of Custody.

Prior to this, Marc held the role of  Chief Operating Officer at various companies such as SBI Digital Asset Holdings, SBI Security Solutions and SBI VC Trade. Additionally, Japannext Co., Ltd. and Börse Stuttgart Digital Exchange GmbH have also utilised his services as Board Member.

Over the course of his career, Marc also held management roles in some famous brands, including JPMorgan Chase, Nomura, Lehman Brothers and ING Barings.
