Coinbase to Acquire AI-Powered Support Platform Agara

The California-based digital asset exchange operator Coinbase announced that it will acquire Agara, an AI-powered support platform with operations in India and the US, to enhance their customer experience.

Via the acquisition, Coinbase seeks to reinforce its commitment to delivering world-class support for customers, and bring Agara's deep expertise in machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to Coinbase's engineering team.

As Fazzaco reported earlier, Coinbase announced that it will launch 24/7 phone support and other enhancements​ by the end of year to strengthen its customer support area.
