Coincheck Completes Acquisition of Next Finance Tech

​Coincheck, the crypto asset subsidiary of Monex Group, has announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Next Finance Tech Co., Ltd. (NFT). Following the acquisition, Coincheck Group has implemented a new management structure within NFT. The company stated that this restructuring aims to enhance operational efficiency and ensure strategic alignment across the group.

With the integration of NFT, Coincheck Group will be able to leverage its existing services to introduce staking solutions for its users. NFT will continue its operations as a global provider of blockchain infrastructure, offering its services to both individual and institutional clients on a worldwide basis.
