Compagnie Financière Tradition Registers 14.3% YoY Increase in Q1 2023 Consolidated Revenue

Compagnie Financière Tradition (CFT), one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products, has generated CHF 271.6 million consolidated revenue in the first quarter of 2023. This figure was 9.6% higher over Q1 2022’s CHF 247.7 million at current exchange rates, and 14.3% higher at constant exchange rates.
The consolidated adjusted revenue during the period came in at CHF 290.5 million, rising 13.0% at constant exchange rates compared to the last same period’s CHF 268.7 million.
The adjusted revenue derived from interdealer broking business (IDB) went up 13.3% at constant exchange rates on a yearly basis. And the adjusted revenue from the forex trading business for retail investors in Japan (Non-IDB) grew 3.0%.
In February, CFT reported consolidated revenue in the full year of 2022 at CHF 947.4 million, rising 10.5% in constant currencies compared with CHF 873.6m in 2021. At current exchange rates, the figure presented an increase of 8.4%.
