Compliance Sector Veteran Simon Henry Leaves Capital.com for Exinity

Fazzaco learned that Simon Henry, most recently Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at Capital.com, has joined Exinity, a retail forex brokerage firm, to undertake the same role.

A compliance sector veteran with seasoned experience, Simon has held the position of Head of Compliance and MLRO in multiple eminent financial services firms, including Stater Global Markets, LMAX Exchange, ETX Capital, GAIN Capital and Moneycorp.

Prior to Capital.com, he was Compliance Manager at City Credit Capital, a leading forex and CFD broker. Besides, he has served as Compliance Director and MLRO at London Capital Group.

Also, Simon has worked at Capital Index, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, IG, Merrill Lynch, etc.

In early July, Fazzaco reported that Exinity has promoted Charalampos Michail​ to its Recruitment Officer.
