The Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB), the watchdog responsible for regulating the Italian financial market, has issued a warning against 5 new websites that abusively offer financial services without due authorization.

Below are the websites CONSOB has ordered to be blacked out:

“Atlasfx” (website https://atlasfx.co);

S.P. Inc (website www.quantumfx.eu and related page https://client.bbgroupfx.site);

Digital Exchange Limited and Securex Plus Solution EOOD (website www.dgxlimited.io);

Think Market 247 Ltd and RL Ltd (website https://thinkmarket247.net and related page https://trade.thinkmarket247.net);

“Finlay” (website https://finlay.world and the pages https://finlay.live and https://webtrader.finlay.live).

For technical reasons, it can take several days for the black-out of the aforementioned 5 websites to come into effect.

The commission took full advantage of the powers stemming from the 'Decreto Crescita' ('Growth Decree'; Law no. 58 of June 28, 2019, article 36), on the basis of which CONSOB can order internet service providers to block access from Italy to websites offering financial services without the proper authorization.

The number of sites blacked out since July 2019, when the regulator got the power to order that the websites of fraudulent financial intermediaries be blacked out, has risen to 457.

CONSOB strongly advises that investors adopt the greatest diligence to figure out the legitimacy of a platform, for the purpose of making informed investment choices and safeguarding their savings.
