Cornerstone FS Plans to Rebrand to Finseta Plc

Cornerstone FS Plc, a foreign exchange and payments company offering multi-currency accounts to businesses and individuals, has unveiled its plans to rebrand as Finseta plc, which is expected to be effective in April 2024.

As part of the rebranding process, the company's TIDM will change to 'FIN', while the ISIN and SEDOL codes for its ordinary shares will remain unchanged.

Cornerstone FS has demonstrated impressive financial performance in recent years. In January, the company released its unaudited trading data for the full year 2023​, showcasing remarkable annual growth across various key metrics. The reported revenue for the year reached an expected £9.6 million, doubling year-on-year and surpassing expectations by a wide margin. In addition, the number of active clients rose from 803 in 2022 to 906.
