The firm is initially targeting brokers, proprietary trading firms, and fund managers through institutional and white-label deployments, with a retail launch planned for later this year.

According to the company, the platform combines market analysis, broker tools, customer relationship management, copy trading, and fund management into a single system. Brokers can deploy the platform alongside existing infrastructure, including MetaTrader 5, cTrader, bridge technology, liquidity providers, and risk management systems.

CortexMarkets enters a competitive landscape where AI has become a key focus. Recent developments include True AI’s native trading platform, B2BROKER’s integration of an AI assistant into B2TRADER, and Spotware’s introduction of AI agent connectivity for cTrader.

"Our competitors aren't brokers. They're legacy trading terminals," founder Mohsin Jameel told Finance Magnates. "Cortex is the intelligence layer that allows brokers to modernise without replacing the infrastructure they've spent years building."

At the core of the platform is AI Narrator, a tool providing real-time market analysis for tradable instruments. The company said it analyses market structure, macroeconomic factors, trader behavior, and pre-trade risk before generating insights. Rather than delivering trading signals, the AI explains market movements, outlines potential risks, presents alternative scenarios, and assigns a confidence score.

"Every insight includes the reasoning behind the conclusion and, where appropriate, both bullish and bearish scenarios," Jameel said. "The AI informs, the trader decides."

Traders can place orders with pre-calculated risk parameters, set alerts, perform scenario analysis, launch copy trading strategies, or build automated algorithms using an integrated EA Builder.

Jameel said CortexMarkets was designed as an AI-native trading operating system rather than an execution platform with added AI features. "Most trading platforms focus on execution. CortexMarkets focuses on improving the quality of the decision before the trade is ever placed," he said.

The platform is execution-layer independent and supports FIX connectivity, broker bridges, and existing liquidity providers. Brokers using A-Book, B-Book, or hybrid models can deploy it without replacing their current technology stack. CortexMarkets is currently working with selected strategic partners in a private rollout. Institutional and white-label versions are available through a structured onboarding process, with the retail platform expected for public release in the fourth quarter of this year.
